With the CPA and engineer reviewers assigned to your study; with service providers (hosting, payment, email) under confidentiality obligations; and when required by law. We do not sell your personal or financial information. Partner (white-label) firms receive only the data needed to serve clients they refer.
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately for its sensitivity.
We retain study documents and reports for as long as needed to provide the Service and to support your records and any audit defense, then delete or anonymize them consistent with legal requirements. You may request deletion (subject to records we must keep).
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your information, and opt out of non-essential communications, by contacting us. We honor applicable state privacy rights.
